WES provides comprehensive services ranging from general energy consulting, Home Diagnostic inspections, Blower Door testing, Duct Dlaster testing, Current and projected Energy Analysis, Mold Testing, Indoor Air Quality Testing. Additionally, WES also provides whole house inspections covering a homes exterior to include the roof, gutters, windows, siding, ventilaiton and surface drainage. On the interiors all physical equipment is inspected to include all the bathrooms, appliances, hot water system, heating/cooling systems, air distribution and ventilation & Electrical systems. The remaining areas of the attic and crawlspace areas are inspected to include but not limited to ensuring proper insulation levels and installation, ventilaiton, air quality, wood destroying insects, mold, plumbing problems, dryrot or rodent infestation.
